‘Drug addicts must share needles, each condom should be used at least twice, we are facing a recession’, Mpumalanga MEC of Health tells school kids

The MEC of Health in Mpumalanga Sasekani Manzini says the department is running out of funds, and based on the recent technical recession “Drug addicts in schools and other places must share needles, and each condom should be used at least twice”.
The MEC was speaking at a health awareness rally at Sitintile Secondary School in Kanyamazane on Monday afternoon.
Manzini told students at the school that they need to learn to share, because times are now tough in South Africa.
“You can’t just use a needle and throw it away, we are facing a recession you know,”
“And to everyone who is already having sex,  you guys need to start saving condoms. You can’t use a condom once and throw it away anymore” The MEC said.
